4 frozen bananas
125 gr. frozen raspberries
125 gr. frozen blueberries
Handful of nuts (almonds, mulberries or others to choice)
2 tbsp raw maple syrup
1. Put all the ingredients, except for the nuts, in your high speed blender. Process until getting a creamy, ice cream consistency.
2. Serve immediately with the mulberries and nuts crushed on top.
