Superfood Smoothie #88

New year, new resolutions! Amongst many, one of the most common is weight loss. Lose weight and feel satisfied with this super delicious smoothie:

Ingredients: ❤

2 frozen bananas
A handful white grapes
A handful mixed frozen berries
1 apple
3 dates
1 tsp powdered green mix (spirulina, wheatgrass and chlorella)

Preparation: ❤

1. Peel the bananas and pit the dates and add them to your high speed blender, together with the rest of the ingredients.

2. Blend everything until super creamy and smooth.
